To reduce shipping waste and keep things eco-friendly, multiple orders placed at the same time (or close together) might be bundled into one larger box. Don’t worry — you’ll still receive everything you ordered, just all in one package!

Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we do not accept returns unless the box is damaged or there’s a serious issue. If that’s the case, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right.

Our current Dispatch times are 4-6 Working Days on standard orders or 5-7 Days on larger orders. This allows a good rotation of stock ensuring each box has a good mixture. Our Primary courier is DPD with an estimated shipping time of 1-2 days
